Fight Night Rd.4 brings Mike Tyson back to the ring!

When EA Sports closed down its Chicago studios, fans of the acclaimed Fight Night boxing series got worried that they won't have a pugilist sim to pound on for the next few years. Fortunately, that's not the case as EA Sports Vancouver has taken over the reins and is set to deliver Fight Night Round 4.
Currently in development, Fight Night Round 4 will be released on the Sony PlayStation 3 and the Microsoft Xbox 360. It's due out in 2009, so you might as well use that waiting period to brush off the old moves in previous installments like Fight Night Round 3.
EA Vancouver promises a deeper-than-ever level of realism with style and technique differences among boxers. Gameplay and graphics will now be knit more tightly as an engine with true-to-physics visuals will be used.
To boot, the roster of champs in Fight Night Round 4 will include a comprehensive list of all-time greats including controversial power puncher Mike Tyson. The brawler hasn't been seen ion a video game for more than a decade, making this comeback a double whammy. We'll keep you posted for more on it.

Mike Tyson is still and will always be my favorite boxer. I can't wait to finally box as him against other legends of the ring. I wonder if they will include the ear bite in this game?

yeah i love fight night! i cant wait for this to release although i wouldnt mind mayweather to be in it so i could smack that little trash talking punk

Sounds like the are trying to revive the game, from what I have heard from many of my 360 buddies....that fight night series isn't so popular these days. I purchased Fight Night Round 3 when it first came out, I returned it.....too much of the same crap from the previous games.

Why not just put a steam train in the ring instead of tyson, theyre both gonna hurt the same once they hit you
