Devin Hester really isn't a very good receiver, he was a better return man. It's easier for a QB when he has 2 WRs that defense worry about (like Brandon Marshall and Eddie Royal). I just don't think Cutler will do as good in Chicago

i'm sick of everyone saying that cutler doesn't have any options!!! Now, I know the Bears don't have anything WR-wise, however, they do have 2 solid TE's in olson and clark for the mid pass and forte for the short passing. Forte also provides a solid run attack as well. Hester will always be the deep threat and will definitely get more accurate thrown his way. Who did they have last year? Brandon Lloyd? Marty Booker? with Orton throwing the pill? Yeah, in Denver they had Marshall and Royal but both definitely did not step it up with the numerous dropped balls they did during last season's breakdown. Cutler will definitely have a similar impact as Drew Brees did in New Orleans and give the Bears a defnite spark in their offense. Until the 09-10 season is under way, i'd hold any judgements toward Cutler as much as I can. Things can only look up from this point on.

Yea he just hasn't proved much...yet. He's only just in his 4th year or something like that.

Two TE's that are solid options aren't bad. Couple that with a RB that can catch the ball and it's not like Cutler has no one to throw to.
I think this year you see how good or bad the pair of Bronco receivers are, and I hope dumbass meathead Bears fans finally see what Orton really was.
Pending what happens in the draft, it has to be the Bears. Cutler will make the receiving corps better IMO.

wow an orton fan sighting! I, for one was happy to see Orton get the extension last year, i wish he had a better group of receivers to throw to as well as a line to protect him, but he'll definitely flourish in denver! Purdue alum!!!

The most improved teams that I see so far are:
Chiefs - Matt Cassel and Bobby Engram are a huge pick up.
Dolphins - Just the most improved overall. (1-15 and then to the playoffs)
Falcons - Gonzo is going to make a huge impact on that team.

The Bears draft wasn't that bad, and considering that this was kind of a weak draft, I'm pretty happy with the result.
I hope Orton does well, but he sucks donkey balls compared to Cutler.
