Unlocking Gouken

Hey i know all the requirments to get him i.e beat the arcade mode with akuma then go threw and beat it agina with someone who you've alreayd beat the arcade mode with and wtach his ending and on that play through get 1or2 Perfects and 3 ultra combos, but my rpoblem is getting the ultra combos i can't get my metre up high enough to finish them off. Any help?

revenge meter fills when they hit u. let them hit u.
let them hit u until half ur health is gone it shud be full by then

Ok thanks but i find it kinda hard to use dhalsims ultra because it always thinks i want a hard yoga blast instead of the ultra and its really annoying i can pull off the super combo easy though but i cant get that up

Ok i've done it now by switching all the punch buttons form LB to X

i think the easiest way to hit with ultra combo is using RYU. Just set your difficulty to 1. This gouki is a damm good character.
