New Patch Uploading Replay Videos

After the patch there's a feature where you can upload videos onto the leadership boards. But no matter what i do i can't seem to upload anything. All my friends have videos, but i can't seem to find a way to do so. I've already won a handful of championships but i still don't have a saved video, nor do i have the option to upload a video after the match is done.

you gotta earn enough CP in the tournament to reach the first 5000 scores.

Probably the biggest mistake on Capcom's behalf, Cp is randomly earned because you cannot tell if your opponent is higher or lower rank then you when your in the lobby. So now its a matter of luck whether or not your video get uploaded

I dont play the game enough to be able to rank up like that. School and work has me occupied most of the day.

They should have the feature to save videos onto your hard drive without uploading it onto the leader boards. Then you could send the video onto your computer and upload it else where.
