Well I will buy this game but if it has 1 TEENY BIT of screen tearing I wont buy it. If games like FEAR and COD3 can run as smooth as they do with v-sync ON. There is ZERO excuse, I guess the fact that UBISOFT cannot code to save themselves from a burning rubber ring doesnt help.. But it better run at a constant 30 with hardly any frame drops just like GoW considering it is using the same engine.

IF the game is coded propperly you wont need V-sync .. i never use it in pc games ..
all it dose it try to stop screen tearing but insted of tearing the game slows down for a second to catch up i would rather not use it

Well because I am a QA Tester I notice little things like that. I have recently watched the latest videos of it on IGN and every time you fire the gun you can see screen tearing everywhere.

Buy it then it yours rather than renting the game plus when you rent you rush your self to complete it!

I will be buying this game, it looks like it will be one of the better Rainbow Six games out there, and multiplayer on this game will be very entertaining since your team will actually have to work as a team or die
