people should not be comparing this to a lot of the shooters they already own cause this was out way way way before them.
all the people saying it reminds them of GOW they probably got there duck and cover idea from the original R6 games.
some one said in this forum some where the UBI team have managed to re invent the wheel with this series.
if your an UT frag junky this game probably wont suit you but if you love a great team game with tactics and realism the R6 series is most def the way to go.
Vegas is the first console version i have played from the R6 series as i have always played it on the PC and the raven shield edition was by far my fav.
but for a console version of the R6 scene it aint to bad. im still yet to try the MP side as i only got it yesterday and will have a session tonight after a few beers.
there are a few points that i dont like in this console version and im sure only ex R6 players would agree.
1 the fluid door opening is not here... i miss the way you could open a door with the mouse wheel bit by bit and then close it the same way.. great way for sneaking about..
2. the nade throwing is awful in vegas.. about as realistic as harry potter is the next bruce willis.
3. i miss the been wounded factor. been shot and then only been able to limp and move at a slow pace..
4. some one else mentioned this about the GPX been a little washy.. kinda like your looking through a dirty pane of glass some times..not that it matters to much it just makes it harder seeing targets from a distance.
as i said im still yet to try the MP and im looking forward to it.
im hoping they have the combat MP similar to the way it was on the PC cause it totaly rocked.....
