R6 gun tips ?
ok so now i have become a specialist, and i like to be an assault but i just dont know what is the best gun to have. and what to put on it. does anyone have any ideas.

if you want a nice accurate/powerfull/versitile assault rifle go with the MTAR with the acog scope. its very usefull in any situation whether it be inside close combat or long range. the most efficiant way to take out an enemy is the burst to the head.

if ya cant be bothered to read go to link, the developer of R6 says the best assault gun is SCAR-H CQC with an ACOG scope.

imo there is no " best gun" yes you can start talking stats and tech notes but in the 360 version i dont think that really matters. its more about choosing a gun that suits the way you play.
and a head shot is a head shot no matter if you are using an antitank rocket launcher or a pea shooter. head shots are 1 shots.
and depending on the armour the target is wearing depends on what gun your using to how many shots will take him down. eg with a shot gun on a leg of some one with no armour normaly takes them down 1 shot no messing. with full armour is a waste of time.. full armour in the chest or back 2 maybe 3 shots from a shot gun.
i personaly love the shotgun, i like to be up close and personal.
one thing is for sure is there needs to be a patch to sort out the guns a littel cause there is something seriously wrong when some one with an mp5 one side on the streets map and some one with an assault rifle the other and the dude with the mp5 2 shots the guy with the assault rifle. the sub machine guns are meant for close to midrange combat not fucking 100m head shots in 1 shot.

^i agree they made the submachine guns to good. the stats show that they dont have much range but then they snipe you in the head with there first bullet from across the map.

I am a First Sergent, i usually use Sub-mechine gun... UMP 45, MPA71... i dont use the MP9 its a nooby gun.. it shots in a straight line... for assault rifles i usually use the FAMAS, MTAR.. nice guns.. for shotguns.. please dont use the XM its a really cheap gun.. Auto Shotgun.. lol.. u rap people easy with that... for granades.. i use frag and idecnary, sometimes C4....

the best thing to do is set up a SP or MP terr hunt and try out different guns.
when your taking your time you can get to like a gun, its not till your in the shit and under pressure you find out if your gun suits you.
as much as i love my shot gun, i have started to be drawn towards the SCAR. its a great all rounder. just have to be ready to crouch and be gentle on the rounds fired.

My fave is the UMP45.
Fantastic gun when used with ACOG on tight maps (like the casino) but even better witht he rifle scope as it allows for some great long range headshots too.
Not a great level of damage but with the excellent accuracy you are nearly always guaranteed a headshot if you try for one
