I hear ya, but I'm sure it wasn't the "realsitic" setting. The normal mode seems pretty realistic during the first run through.

I just started it again on realisitic. I made it all the way through the trainyard without dying. Hopefully I can make it through the rest of the game without too much trouble.

i dont see the difference between realistic and normal except that the enemys shoot more and notice u faster....but im only up to factory and i died alot duting train yard and tunnel. And if u completed the story on realisitc u should get a new achievement.

No. Well, you get the achievement for completing each section of the game, but not for actually completing it.
