To be honest alot of lag issues are cross county playing, ie if i went onto us servers to play a game, i neva have a red dot unless the host of the room is in usa! any ova time its 3 green and get no lag! one over reason is if one or more ppl in the room have 1 red dot which seems to lag eveyone else out! get to much lag and the room will shutdown and u end back at xbox live menu!
Wat is your ping showing?? (dots) i only run 1mb internet conection i also have laptop and main pc running on it, i can have all 3 on the net and still get no lag! you will find its someone else causin the lag!
also dnt download anyting while you are on live, doesnt like it lol!
