Yeah sure, it happens when playing the story mode on Realistic difficulty, when you die it gives you the option to reload last checkpoint or quit to main menu, if you choose to reload last checkpoint it switches the difficulty back to normal. The easiest way to tell when this has happened is that the reticule turns red when over an enemy, it doesn't do this on Realistic difficulty, I just wanna make people aware, so they don't waste hours and hours trying to get the Rainbow Six Legend achievement worth 100G, wait for an update!!!!!!!!

really?after my first 2 hours playing i found it easy. on realistic i have died say 3 times across the first 2 missions

Same; im not as use to the more slower paced movement along the levels...
Even on normal you die pretty quickly, and I find myself getting shot up from guys I can't see right away because im running around recklessly.

vegas is awful mine always crashes but only online the best part about it :'( i'm gunna sell this and sonic the hedgehog(sonic is really loud on my 360 for some reason)

I have to say that is much better than GoW, i think GoW is overrated, i already sold it because it sucked (for me) and bought this GREAT game Rainbow Six Vegas i recommend it
