Sounds kinda stupid, but Im sorta stuck on the first mission. Can anyone tell me where te rest of the group are waiting as I cant find them, cheers.

press the back button on your controler to bring up the mini map.

spawn, go right, down a path, turn right, into a house on the left, to roof, down to street...down long street, turn left, turn left down steps, turn right, over barricade, turn right...you found um

Multiplayer only. When you clear all the tangos out from the roof, you can check and there aren't any rappel points.
