What the hell is "Boosting your stats"???

If you're talking about R6:Vegas, it's called "Rubber band boosting". Basically, you start a private server, get a friend to join and tie an elastic band around your controller so that the movement stick is held down. As you may know, you get more points the longer you are in the game, leaving it on over night racks up a lot of points. If you don't move for a certain amount of time, the game realises what's going on and shuts down the server, hence the rubber band holding down the movement stick.
