on several of the weapons in R6 the safety catch is on..its only a small detail but come on, it wouldnt take make a gun skin with at least the catch on the single shot setting

yeah but this game is kinda high on realism yet the safety is on :-p
and you can shoot c4 to blow it up.
also once when i took off my silencer in 1st personand went against a wall into 3rd person, i still had the silencer on (yet the gun was loud)

It is a game that does not tote itself as a realistic game.
The subject matter is realistic but in practice it is an arcadey shooter (hence the fact you heal gunshots after a few seconds rest!).
As for the Safety Catch mistake, I agree it is a silly mistake in light of the great attention to details they paid with the other facets of the graphics but I can live with it as I am sure you can but I appreciate your pointing it out, as I am suer they will be when they hear about it (maybe a pacth to solve it sometime??)

i also noticed that at the end of the game the woman from the chopper picks up a g36k without a mag in it.

i know these are small things, but its a gun game, so ppl are gonna notice little things .
i was also wondering why the mg36 scope doesnt zoom at all (as the g36 has a 1.5*scope)

also why does the p90 do less damage than a mp5 when it uses superior armour penetrating ammo

How about... How do you go from getting shot up to perfectly fine by hiding behind cover for a few seconds...
