Ammo<>Pick up a different gun or a gun of the same kind to refill ammo.
Grenades<>Die.....there is otherwise no other way to refill your ammo stock.
Same goes for both SP and MP I believe.

only way for grenades is on sp to go into a ammo box when you come across one,live=when you die

Ah, I forgot about the supply boxes (thought there were some but I played GRAW 2 SP more recently and thought I was thinking of that!).
I think it is fine to be unable to get Grenades off an enemies corpse, makes it more of a tactical choice to use them rather than turning you into a walking mortar!
