um ther rubber band thing now demotees you instaed it gets you player idol penalty so dont do it...besides you should work your way up
the last updates elimintaed most of the glitches

No it doesn't. You just don't go up. You get player idol penalty, making you recieve 0 points. Therefore you don't progress towards a new rank.
