motion sensors

why arent they getting any love?
everytime i join a server i usually ask my team to use 3 motion sensors and deploy them on hallways/chokepoints. sadly noone hears me.

motions sensors are nice specially at close quarters maps. killhouse redux is a great example. put motion sensors all over your building and the enemy is practially visible all the time. after that put motion sensors on your front yard so no more surprises. you can also try putting them on the roof door. i usually put mine facing the enemy door so everytime someone comes up there it "dings"

the only downside is hearing "ding" every second. its kinda funny though hearing ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding over and over

thoughts guys?

they pretty much become useless.

because if its in a checkpoint, someone should be guarding there?

they get shot down anyway.

and a person can actually see them, and then shoot them

ahh but if you place them cleverly then no ones for the better. dont put them at eye level where the person clearly sees them. how about behind boxes? behind crates?

besides, ive been putting motion sensors everytime i play and RARELY do people shoot them. as i said, if the actual motion sensor is on the other side of the map its pointless to shoot at it.

As a Clan we use Motion Sensors quite a lot on A&D matches.
On Survival etc they are pretty much useless but for games where you have to defend a certain point they are invaluable.
I salute you sir, and your sensors
