map pack problems

well, seeing as i havent downloaded this, when i go to play rainbow six

most of my games are all red dots
and british or french
and it seems that
i dont see "unknown map" as much as i should

so could this be from it not showing the games using the new maps?
because i dont see it anywhere
has this pack come out in UK?
