i am on the last level i think, where i need to kill irena, but she keeps running away! help please?

Just wanna add my problems with this stage of the game.
I clear the warehouse and move over to the computer. Send a team mate to start hacking and me and the other team mate take care of the incoming terrorists THEN while we're doing that - it keeps on saying failed to kill Irena and I have to start again WTF??? 
Any suggestions would be really appreciated
EDIT: Ok - I've done it, and done it pretty quickly.
All I can think that it was, was that the terrorists weren't being killed quickly enough and the computer got shot up too badly, I'm at the blast door bit now thank the lord and it's saved progress lol
