Both are excellent games, I own both of them. Im gonna say Vegas because the single player was a tie between the two but Vegas multiplayer rocks hardcore. Plus I like the first person view a lot. GRAW 2 has better graphics though so if thats your thing buy that.

the graphics are a little bit below par for RB6 and there is ALOT of long loading screens. on the other hand GRAW 2 has amazing graphics and textures and not many long loading screens

EDIT:forgot to add my opinion. i prefur graw 2 over RB6 because of the unbelievably huge maps and the sniping is gold

rainbow six has much better online and multi-player. Graw2 is ok but vegas is much better
