Stuck on JBA HQ #2

Hi. I'm stuck on JBA HQ #2, where you have to assemble the mines.

I can't seem to align it right. It awlays turns red. I have even gotten it to the very center,yet it still won't budge. What do I do?

It starts off being green, but even if I get it in the exact spot perfectly, it's still red. Not green. What??? I'm talking about where you have to assemble ten mines.

This should help you out. I used it at parts I was a bit confused at or whatever. It's for the PC version, but does the job all the same.
