graw2 multiplayer problem

When i host a game and invite a friend in, it says his version is different to mine.
when he hosts i can join him fine.
since we first got the game on the day of release we were able to host games but we both randomly get kicked through the levels.
we checked the game files on the xbox memory blade and both our games have the same files.
both our nats are open, no firewalls,no one else on our network.

Same thing happens to me. I get randomly kick out of GRAW and GRAW 2 games. And when I host it takes aaaaages for people to join. Rainbow Six is even worse. Online I can play perfectly, but I'm ALWAYS on a red pin (1 dot out of 3 for pin). So then people think I lag and always boot me. When I host on Rainbow Six I get 3 green pins but almost everyone else gets a red dot. Don't know why. My game runs perfectly smooth (I got cable Internet) yet I get shit pin rating. I think all Tom Clancy's servers are just screwed, especially for Australians.

In the main multyplayer menu there is aoption for a exvclusive map. Thats what you need or he needs.
