If you have two Gamer Tags and ones an Elite and you want the other to be an Elite use the method posted here http://www.achieve360points.com/foru...ic.php?t=23092
(You can use this method even if you don't have an Elite account because it provides an elite account)

This method takes a few minutes, way better than countless hours of rubber banding
