I'm currently jumping through Splinter Cell: Double Agent at the moment and am finding it really cool. It's getting on a bit so you'll probably be able to pick it up uite cheap too.
Good luck finding a multiplayer match though - no one is ever on there unfortunately!

Considering the first one is only around 15-20 bucks, don't you think he should play that first so he's not completely lost  Vegas is probably one of the most fun campaigns of it's type that I've played. I love that game

If you've never played a Clancy game, Rainbow Six... Vegas 2 comes out on the 18th. GRAW is a really good game--but it's 3rd person; and i think the learning curve is even steeper than RB6's. I picked up GRAW a long time ago after it first came out on 360--first Clancy game i'd ever played--and now i love both of 'em. I liked it so much, i didn't even rent Vegas, i just bought it. They're not exactly that similar--but i used to be a Halo fanboy; now i'd take Rainbow over it any day.

If you wanted multiplayer, get Vegas(although I've never played, I know how good online it is!) or, this is a must, GRAW2!!!GRAW2 FTW!!! Moving swiftly onwards. Splinter Cell Double Agent is amazing, i have it! The multiplayer is also especially fun as a spy, if u can find anybody online!
