I personally view this as a competitor to Halo3 rather than cod4, and does a much much much better job. This is basically simple online shooting done by people that know what they are doing.

If you are looking for the next huuuge title then look elsewhere. I fully agree after15-30mins playing you wanna go do something else. but that is 15mins of intense fun

Um, isn't it a good thing to have people wanting to come back to play more and more of your game? That means your game is addictive and fun.

all depends what mood you are in cod4 addiction pales in comparison to some other games, for instance WoW.

I personally like to have a variety of games, some that If I am bored I can load up and happily spend hours running around, other times I am just passing 5mins.

and for 5mins of fun UT3 beats cod4 hands down. far less buggy, more intense experience

WOW imo is just addicting. I bet the fun of it long wore off. People play it cuz they are addicted. They cannot stop. COD4 is a blast to play and addicting.

I certainly loved WoW when I played it, and when it stopped being fun, I quit. Simple as. I will no doubt go back and play wotlk for a little bit, probs 1-2months then cancel my acc again.

I am not denying cod4 is a great game, I love it. One of the best fps games released. goes up in the hall of fame with half life, doom, quake, far cry and Unreal tournament 1 for me.

Personally I just really enjoy UT3 too and I find UT3 is better if you only have <30mins to play

then your game collection must be tiny, cod4 is the only xbox game iv seen with that much logevity. Personally I like variety

Gonna trade it in sometime soon. I got Bad Company too and imo its way better than this. The bullet lag pissed me off, and Bad company is just a whole lot better.
