Hardest I've seen is:
Gears of War - Always Remember Your First - Finish playing a versus ranked match - 10G
How do you get it? It's like IMPOSSIBLE. Would be so much easier to get to rank 1 on the world leaderboard.

Just finish playing one ranked match online. It isn't that hard really, or do I detect a hint of sarcasm?

I don't think I will ever find all the agility orbs in Crackdown

Yeah but there are guides for this, unfortunately some of the above achievements just require way too much time. |

I will still never get past the bloody Guitar Hero III Inhuman Achievement (complete through the fire and flames on expert) it does not seem possible, i sat there for 20 mins before i started growing out of my shirt and turning green, i could not get past 2%

Hahah, that one was fun, I felt like I accomplished something with that one lol. The only tough bit I found was when you had to run down all the train tracks with a helicopter firing at you. |
