Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution

I downloaded the demo for it last night, and I haven't stopped playing it since. I think this will be a great game, just I think nobody is going to buy it.. So I'm going to wait it out before I actually purchase it. Is anyone else weary over buying this game at full price, or even excited about it?

Yeah, this is top of my list for games I want to purchase. I fucking love RTS, especially on the PC, haven't played them in a while though as I'm prone to addiction and I have other commitments. It'll be interesting how they have ported a great RTS brand name over to the console though. I've never played an RTS on a console.

In fact, I've never even played Civilization on the PC.

Oh man, I highly recommend you check out the demo. It'll take a while to download, but its well worth it. I'm wondering why Sitting Bull isn't on this game though. This is going to be really addicting when it does come out. The 2k guys helped made it too, and I've not played a game developed by them were I was really letdown. I've got a bit of extra money put back, maybe July 8th is the time to bring some out?

I agree it looks great and I loved Civ IV for PC, but $60 for this? that seems a bit much for this type of game. maybe $35-$40, but at 60 bucks i'll have to pass...

I am going to wait for the price to go down. But I downloaded the demo as well. Very fun game!

I'm waiting on the price to go down too. I know it won't sell to good, so it should be reasonably priced soon.
