Ok, what do they do? I see that as their user title. They have no stars. Some are invisible. So, are these mods, do they work on the technical side? What's the deal. Kinda feels Big Brother(ish).

It's just the other 7 guys who were admins on day 1. That's it. They're the guys who do the tech stuff for the forum. They were given their own group.
