Custom Group pages
I think for group home pages you should be able to customise the background, i'm sure with the software you used to generate this forum you should be able to add that option with relative ease.

It's a system which could be abused quite easily though. So maybe it could be a privilege that could be taken away.
My main concerns would be the Boob Group and Man Love, rofl.
