Xbox Live- PES 2008 - Help needed

I'm not sure if the problem I have is with Xbox live or a fault within the game. During game play, for no apparent reason the screen will jump sporadically. For example, I'll be in possession of the ball, attacking, when all of a sudden the ball will be with the opponent (no i've not been tackled) and he's up the other end of the pitch and in a scoring position. This seems to happen every 2 - 3 minutes.
Has anyone else come up against this problem?

fifa is shit m8 dont play it, its beyond unrealistic footy, pes has some problems atm online but an update will be out soon to fix this problem
