I want live on my xbox and my PC is on the other side of the room from my Xbox.

And I have 20 mb cable broadband so how would I do it? Would a wireless router work?

yes but you would need a long ethernet cable or wireless adaptor

i dont think there are any other ways besides to get a wireless router or you could get a laptop. or you could hook up your 360 in the same room as the PC

My 360 is the opposite side of my house to the pc, i just ran an ethernet cable from one of the of the house to the other. Works fine and is fairly unnoticeable.
