hi can any one tell me if you can use 1 xbox live gold for 2 xbox's i have 1 and my son has 1 do i have to pay twice for xboxlive gold

If you aren't online at the same time, yes, you can use one. If you want to play with each other online, then you'll need 2.

yeah if you intend to be on live at the same time then you need 2 accounts
