Fair enough i shouldnt have bad language, but come on, im happy getting banned for that if they are consistent, but they aren't.

They don't police it, users do. Fair or not, if enough people file a complaint they'll ban you. They consistently enforce what gets reported, as unfair as that may be some times.
With most things if enough people file a complaint you'll get banned whether you did it or not since they don't really have any way of checking the validity of most complaints. My friend got banned basically because a clan was in a ranked match fucking around and he told them to go do it somewhere else rather than screw the people stuck on their team. I guess they called their 'posse' on him, because like two days later he got temporarily banned, and his motto/profile were blank so they must have all filed some sort of in-game behavior/voice chat complaint. Some folks just think they're sooo e-gangsta.

Oh really? Well that's stupid. You're basically saying I could get 10 of my buddies and go around banning people?

I don't know what the numbers are, but for things they can't check in to (like in-game voice) that's how it works. It's not great, but I can't think of how else they should do it either.
