^^ Do you even know what dns settings are? That has absolutley nothing to do with connecting to the router

Im hitting the same problems you did. The router is great with linksys products like the WPC54GX4 laptop card. That is where the pain starts...The Windows wireless and the Linksys WGA54G did not work so no Xbox live. either. It should all be so easy as a wire, or.. someone who solved this problem could chime in.

i have a wireless adaptor but i prefer to use the wired mainly because of less lag.

I'm experiencing the same problems. Someone mentioned on another forum that MS told him to just spend $40 on a 75' cable. Awesome idea.

The problem has to do with the wireless adapter for the 360--until Microsoft is aware that certain routers (namely this expensive POS WRT54GX4) do not work, not much can be done.

Hey bud, if your connected wirelessly to your xbox, how about you go and enter everything in manually, but leave the dns field blank and let us know if you can get on live. I'm willing to bet that you can't.

Have you entered the WP key or whatever it was from your computer. I did that on my Linkseys router and then it worked.
