who really wants the webcam though? i mean whats the purpose. only to have video chat??? i wouldnt waist the money just to have video chat. seems hardly worth it. will you be able to change your gamer icon with it? what else will it be used for?

I rather just hook my digital camera up to the 360 since they have already confirmed that it will be possible to do this and upload all my pics instead of taking low quality pics with the Xbox Webcam.

I doubt I'll have any pics/views of myself on Live. I don't want anybody to see my ugly face. Ewwwwwie.
But anyways, the digital camera route does seem easier than buying a webcam, and it saves money, too..I'd say to just go that route.

I bet you can just buy cheap PC webcams and hook them up through USB. I know that microsoft said that there will be rating systems, like if you told some fag off the other day he could rate your respect scale or w/e and other people can see it so I imagine it would be the same for the camera...if you moon someone they rate you and other people could know if your a sicko or not.

im definitly getting the camera, why wouldnt you? its like when voice chat came out on xbox, were you like "im not getting that, people are just going to say stupid stuff, its over rated, talking to people..."
