Play and charge kit troubleshoot

hi there,

i live in Portugal and i just bought a play and charge kit from an UK site and the play and charge kit doesn't turn up any lights ( red or green ).

can you help me out here?

make sure battery pack is in cotroller plug both ends up 1 to controller and 1 to 360 turn on 360 and then turn back off that way it can charge in standby mode or you can do the same as above except plug the usb into your pc and use your pc to charge the battery
