Question Wireless controller problem??

Can anyone help me with this frustrating problem???

I have 2 Wireless controllers, one of them seems fine the other when you switch it on it doesn't connect to the xbox and the light just keeps flicking around in a circle.

Also tried pressing the connect button on top of the controller but nothing.

Any Ideas??

Did you press the button the on the 360 as well. You have to sync them together. That is the only thing that I can think would be causing you problems.

The strange thing is that I never had to press the button on the Xbox. I just pressed the power button and it and the controller button on top and I was good to go.

Yes, my 1 controller worked this way, but the second required me to push the small button on the console.
