I bought this headset today for my 360 and when signed on to Halo 2 i could only hear gameplay sounds and not chat... so i looked up on the troubleshooting and it tells me to go to the Xbox dashboard personal settings to adjust the volume to 10 and the voice output to "play through both". So here is my problem... How do i find these personal settings where i can change these options? I have looked all through my dashboard but if anyone on here knows please let me know!

Try pressing the guide button and goint to personal settings.Than sound settings. It's in there.
