Yeah thats true, but its still a cool idea, Personally just that fact I can use my keyboard to type is cool enough. I mean have you tried to name a hundred some songs in a row using the on screen keyboard? its not to fun. Where as you just put a keyboard in and type it then boom your all done. But thats all it can do.

ms only gets about $50 for every computer sold with windows, every console however is $400, and then all the games they make even more

^^I was just about to say that. Microsoft doesn't sell computers they sell software for PC's and they make a lot more money selling consoles thant hey do software. I'm suprised they haven't come out with a computer yet.

microsoft also makes hardware for PC,s and MS mouses are considered to be among the best...my MS intelli mouse rules on CS...shit man if you can fit a MS logo on it then microsoft build it.....they are even going to release a bill gates action doll with oversized check book ( devil horns are optional) but the line between pc and console are becoming blurred and if MS could do away with the need of buying a pc,HD DVD,stereo system, TV didgital/HD box then im sure they will one day.

Even if they make less for each one sold they sell alot more stuff for computers than for xbox.

Come on, consoles are getting much better compared to PC Gaming (which still has a big edge as far as I am concerned).....but they are NOWHERE near replacing computers.

Actually, with the OS they just keep making money on something already developed. It doesn't cost them anymore to go from 10 to 20 copies of the OS, but it's more money in their pocket. With the 360, they sell it for $400, but that just about covers the cost of the hardware. From a hardware perspective, they aren't hardly making anything. Again, it's the licensing on the games where they make their money and their cost there is almost nothing. |

yea i would love a browser and an MSN type system. A keyboard and mouse then to use on these features as well as games and you would have yourself a real cool media station
