Wireless Connection

I'm sure a lot of you have seen the wireless connector for $100. So I was wondering if I were to buy a wireless router, like a D-Link, and hook it up to my Xbox 360 would it allow me to play online with the wireless router from my computer? Let me know, cause I don't have an extra 100 bucks to throw around.

i think you can have a wireless router from your pc which will account for your online gaming with the 360. i think it attaches to your phone line, then your pc and 360 receive a signal so long as they have wireless things attached.

You use ur wireless router to send out wifi signals throughout your house. Once you buy your router, you plug ur cable modem in and it will start broadcasting ur signal. You need to buy the wireless adapter for the xbox, otherwise you really can't utilize wifi. So, your going to have to dish out more dough for a wireless adapter. I also need this since I have a wireless router, but i will get it sometime sthis year.
