FPS game controllers.

Can't play FPS games worth a crap with the existing XBOX controllers. I come from the PC world and the mouse and keyboard rule.

Any better controllers coming down the line for FPS games?

Or any tips? Turning sensitivity down helps but slows down turning and looking around.
