Do xbox controllers work on the 360?

Just wondering this, dont feel like buying 2 more controllers when i have my xbox controllers :P

They wouldnt be out of the box because the old controllers arent usb. However, I bought an xbox to usb cable a while ago to use my standard xbox controller in my pc, and I will test the adapter out once I get my 360..whenever that would be. I'll post results.

why dont you just use the 360 controllers. they are essentially the same only with better placed b&w buttons. and the start/back is far better placed!

Yes, thanks for proving my point, they are almost the exact same. Why spend $60 Canadian on a controller when i can use the ones i have for the xbox.
