r xbox controlers compatible????
im wondering if xbox controlers are compatible with xbox 360,can any1 answer me?

Nope...sorry bud, nut the new controllers use USB ports instead

actually yes they are. with a little modification of course. all you have to do it cut the end off the old controller and wire it together with a USB plug.

why bother? dust spend the money and get a new controller. Sell the old one or something because using it with an adapter on the 360 would be slightly cheesy.

The new controllers are better fitting in the hands and lighter, just buy them

i didnt say i would use the adapter! Why use an old wired model on the new machine and anyway the controllers wouldnt work due to there being no guide button on them!
