If you have the money get the quick charge and play and charge kit. Extra controllers, wireless headset, and that about covers it. Maybe the racing wheel if you play forza.

Like others have said, get the wireless headset, a play-n-charge kit, and maybe a quickcharge kit.

Also, if you game during the wee hours of the morning (who doesn't, right?), and need to be quiet, I suggest picking up the Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 headset. You can put out sound and game chat through the headphones and the sound is great. It is a must have if you need to be quiet at night, IMO.

If you like to watch movies and have a little extra cash then I would suggest getting the HD DVD drive. I got it not that long ago and the picture quality is absolutly stunning! and for $200 for HD DVD drive, a universal remote and King King in HD you can't go wrong! beleive me I love mine and so does everyone else who watches it. I can't even watch regular DVD's anymore...
