HDD space
So if the 20gb hard drive only has 13gb when formatted, how much does the 120gb hard have available? ty in advance

The reason the 20GB one only has 13 available at the beginning is because it comes loaded with gamerpics, videos, etc. If you delete all that stuff you can get some more space. I'm not sure if the 120 GB HDD comes with all that stuff, but it'll probably be around 110 gigs after you delete everything.

The 360 reserves 7GB for system updates and system files leaving you with 13GB on the 20GB and 113GB on the 120GB no matter the size of the drive knock off 7GB from the total and you have the amount of user space available

Are you sure about that? On a lot of things, such as iPods and computer HDDs the amount of gigs labeled isn't what's actually available, and the higher up you go the more space is taken away.
