Yep it has UPnP (Universal Plug & Play) so it should be fine for Live.

I would'nt go for linksys. I have a linksys router, and I can say it is basically like a cheap TV.
For for the real makes...its a crap division of cisco systems...there are better performing routers on the market.

Any of those routers that you linked to should just work fine. I've used Linksys in the past and have no complaints with them whatsoever. Everyone of these "less than $100" routers are basically cheap and perform the same type of functionality. I don't think that any is really that much better than the next one. Loss of connections and such could just be interference coming from your house or area. For example, my laptop loses the connection to my Linksys whenever the microwave is running. If I replaced the microwave with a new one, I'm sure it would be fine. A different router, might not be bothered by my microwave. I only use the laptop for web surfing...so I don't mind it not working if microwave is on.

The only thing which is "future proof" is DEATH. Did I mention, I absolutely hate the use of the term "future proof".

Parks...my dick weighs more than my router...are you suggesting am worth $100?
The linksys router is far the worst I have used. It disconnects sometimes, bandwith throttle is reduced by 50% randonly for somereason. It doesnt allow you to update the firmware...you pay for what you get parks...its goes for anything!
