yeah the wheel is excellent. you just have to find a way to keep the petals in one place. i use it on carpet so it slides all over the place. i usually put 3 paint cans all around it to keep it from moving

you mean infront of them? that is for your heels to rest. i dont think it would be to practical to put a brick in between the petals though. you'll be hitting it when you switch back and forth

i played NFS games and thought they were the shit
and then a few days ago i rented forza 2
i didnt realize how fake NFS was until i got this game

i love forza
so realistic

I think you should get it.
I got one recently for my birthday and the realism is great, especially in Forza!
Dont get me wrong, I still prefer and tend to use the controller, but when I just wanna mess about I practice with the steering wheel. Once Im good with the wheel I'll drop the controller altogether. It takes a lot of practice trying to achieve your previous best lap times with a steering wheel! But it can certainly be done! And above all else its great fun!
Im looking to buy Flatout soon, that game with the wheel should be great!
