Controller and headset warranty?

Hello,
I was wondering, does the headset and wireless controller that comes with the xbox 360 pro have a warranty of any sort on it? My wireless controller's LB is completely broken and doesnt work. And my headset's plug where you put it into the controller, is also bent or something, so it wont work so I cant hear or talk into it. Is there any type of warranty on it so that I can call up Microsoft and they'd replace it?

i have no idea but for the broken (sticky/ wont push in) button just open the seven screws on the controller (one is under sticker) and ajust it so it dosent get stuck (pretty frustrating putting it back together) as for the headset just break the little benty thing off and reglue it and it will work ( it did for me)

I doubt the headset does, the controller might.
