Help please - Play and charge kit
This is kind of pathetic but...
- It was really stiff to fit into my controller (The rechargable pack)
- It goes green, blank then red, and when I take it out and hold down the X for it to connect, it doesn't work?
I just plugged it in, was there anything else I was meant to do?
Otherwise, how to fix, or should I give it back to Game?

Sounds like you have to charge the battery first. Have you done that? Hook up the controller to the console via the play and charge kit.
edit- noticed you said it was already plugged in. that is pretty strange.

Yep...check the directions. Should state the minimum recharge time required before first use. If already charged, you may simply need to resynch your controller to your console.

I believe plugging it in via the play and charge kit automatically synchs it, at least it does for me. When I bring my controller to a friends I bring my play and charge kit so I don't have to worry about synching in via wireless.

Well that's sort of a no-brainer. Since plugging it in means it's no longer wireless, but instead is now wired. No need to synch a wired controller as there's a wire.
