Try NFS: Most wanted. I've never used the wheel before, but that was hands down my favourite racing game.... probably ever. Pro stree is a pile of crap, and you'll be bored out of your mind after 20 races.

The NFS series in general is marketed more towards the street tuner fan boys, not the racing sim crowd. You'll be disappointed.

I have only played the demo for PGR4, but it was a lot of fun. At least download it and see what you think. I played PGR3 into the dirt, unlocking every car and completing every race on platinum or whatever. If PGR4 is half as good as 3 (which it seems to be judging from the demo) then it should be a lot of fun. Only catching point I see for PGR4 is the motorcycles where you'll likely want to play with a game pad. I was never any good on the MotoGP games with a steering wheel.
