Ipod Connectivity Help
1st off, whats up people =) O.o womp womp
Anyways, so it just hit me the other day that I could hookup my Ipod to my 360 the other day, never really cared to try it before since im more of a strict online player but w/e.
I read about downloading the AAC file from the marketplace...did that, connected my Ipod and it just flashs Do Not Connect as it does when I say hook it up to my PC. Its a 4th Gen Ipod btw if it matters.
So all in all, my 360 is not picking up my Ipod or just isnt reading it right or allowing it to be accessiable. Anyone else have this problem and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

by changing music source are you talking about selecting between the Console, Portable Device, Current Disc, and Computer? Cause if you are my Ipod just isnt showing up, like its not connected or something in which it is as far as I know. I have the ipod connector cable connected to the 1st USB port from left to right if the xbox is vertical.
But if theres another method of changing sources or anything im all ears.

yes thats what i was talking about,
all i do is plug it in any of the usb's,
change music source to "Ryan'd Ipod" and all my music is there.
Try resetting your ipod and trying it? (You will lose ALL your music if you try it!!)
So it may not be worth it.

I have the same problem as ShaDowIX. I plug in my ipod and nothing shows up under portable device. The ipod says "do not disconnect" as well. Anybody else have any ideas?
